Ned was our first Stafford and what a an introduction to the breed he was! He was most certainly Bold Fearless and Totally Reliable!. He was a showman, who demanded the attention of Judges, he never took his eyes off them watching and waiting for a ribbon and the applause, he loved it! even when it wasn't his win he thought it was and he would exit the ring holding his head high. He was a comedian he knew how to make us laugh. Out walking Ned loved to say hello to everyone he wagged his tail and smiled at all who looked at him, he wanted everyone to pat him. Ned was a talker who loved sitting in the laps of our visitors and having a chat. What a special boy you were Ned your forever in our hearts xx Our gratitude goes out to Mrs Linda Szirer (Borstaff) for entrusting us with this very special boy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Linda. We will miss you Neddy boy. You live on in our hearts and memories we will treasure forever. SBTCV 40th Championship Show Sunday 13th March 2011 JUDGE: Mr Ivor Keyes “Keysdale” (UK) *Breed Specialist* 2nd Open dog GR CH BORSTAFF NED NOTLYSOCKS Black brindle and white, upstanding dog. Amazed to learn the age of the dog when writing critique – coming up for 8yrs. Not as good a head as first and less defined in outline which is hardly surprising when you discover his age. Quality dog put down in wonderful good condition. Good front, bone and body shape Moves and shows well. SBTCSA Championship Show Saturday 16th October 2010 JUDGE: Mr Andy Dodsworth (UK) *Breed Specialist* GR CH BORSTAFF NED NOTLYSOCKS ** ~ Best In Show ~ B/Brindle with white front and paws, slightly top sized but oozed quality. A well balanced good square head, with depth. Prominent stop with correct length of muzzle, large teeth clean an correct scissor bite, square front good depth of brisket. Up on his toes, neck short and strong going into well laid shoulders, plenty of spring of rib, kept his top line on the move. C.C. B.O.B. Good head shape but not quite the expression of no 1 & 2 required more depth of stop and a softer eye.  Strong bone deep brisket well ribbed back level topline and well muscled hindquarters.
